FA ELEVATE was founded in 2025 by Alexander Gess and Felix Osmanczyk. We sit in an unusual spot: one half of our work is running social channels, the other half is building the AI systems that make that work scale. Most agencies do the first. Most AI consultancies have never run a content calendar.
Strategy over vanity metrics
Follower counts are the easiest number to move and the least useful one. We agree upfront which metric actually matters for your business, and we report against that one.

Nothing goes live without a human approving it.
We do, as a small team working with a fixed set of freelance designers and editors — and increasingly with AI systems we've built ourselves, always with a human review step before anything publishes. You approve everything before it goes live. If you already have raw footage or an internal team, we plug into your workflow instead of replacing it.

AI projects are quoted per project, since the cost depends on what you already have in place.
