You operate it by chat

The voice-note loop
You send a voice note when something is missing or wrong. We transcribe it, plan it, build it, review it and ship it – usually within 24 hours. The reply tells you what changed and, if we did something differently than you said, why.
We keep it running
On your server: monitoring, backups, data sources, updates. Month to month. If you ever stop, everything stays on your server – we just stop the updates.
The seven-day guarantee
If your team cannot log in on day seven and do the three things we agreed on with your real data, you do not pay the setup.
The clock starts on the day we have access to your data sources and a 30-minute slot with you on days one, five and seven. If those slip, the days slip with them – the guarantee stays.

The rules, in three sentences
- No fees per user, per client or per account. Your system grows with your business at the same price.
- Month to month. If you stop, code, data and server stay yours; we stop the updates. Nothing to migrate.
- Data sources with external costs are named before you sign and included in the monthly fee.
Bring us a client and we pay you 10% of what they pay in their first year. Most of our clients come from someone who already runs the system.
Security and your data.
Your system holds your clients' data. These are the answers we give before you ask.
Your server, your data
Your system runs on your own server – we recommend a German provider such as Hetzner – and nothing is shared with other clients. We set it up, back it up every night and sign a data processing agreement that names what we access, why and for how long.
What Claude sees
The chat sees only what you ask about, only through your own login, and nothing is used for training. The nightly checks run without any AI model at all.
A review before every release
Every change we build from a voice note is reviewed by a second model and read by a person before it goes live. Speed comes from the loop, not from skipping the check.
You hold the switch
You can turn off the chat access and any automation yourself, at any time, from the settings. Every change in the system is logged with who did it and when.
What we don't do.
FA ELEVATE was founded in 2025 by Alexander Gess and Felix Osmanczyk. We build and run our own tooling and have done so for every business we have been part of. Three things we say no to, so the yes means something.
Workflows inside your other tools
We don't wire up automations in Zapier, Make or n8n. If your process fits into a tool you already pay for, you don't need us.
A course or a community
We build the system and run it. There is nothing to learn first and nothing to keep up with.

Common questions.
One web application that holds your accounts, your clients, your people and your numbers, checks what you used to check by hand, tells you only when something needs a decision, and gives each client a login to their own view. Yours alone, on its own instance, run by us.
You do, from day one. If you stop working with us you keep the code and your data. What stops is our part: hosting, monitoring, backups and the updates.
On your own server. We recommend Hetzner in Germany – from about €10 a month, billed to you directly – and we set it up, run it and back it up every night. Nothing is shared with other clients, and the server is yours from day one. If you already have a server, we use that.
Because week one is only your top three, and because the parts every system needs – login, roles, two-factor, passkeys, audit log, client portal, nightly jobs – already exist and have been in production before. We spend the week on what is specific to you.
On day seven your team logs in and does the three things we agreed on, with your real data. If that is not the case, you do not pay the setup. The clock starts when we have access to your data sources; if you need more time for that, the days move with it.
Run keeps the system alive: hosting, backups, monitoring, data sources, security updates. Run & develop adds the loop: you send voice notes, we build the changes, usually live within 24 hours, two small changes a month included. Most clients start with Run & develop for the first months and switch to Run once the system is settled.
Setup from €6,000, fixed after the call. Then from €250 per month for Run or from €750 per month for Run & develop. Month to month, no minimum term. Data sources your system reads – for example paid APIs – are named before you sign and included in the monthly fee.

Your system holds your clients' data, so we treat it as theirs. It lives on your own server, access is by login with two-factor or passkey, every change is logged, and we sign a data processing agreement that names what we access, why and for how long. We never train anything on your data.
Only the ones that stop making sense. Many clients keep their platform tools and use the system as the layer that pulls the numbers together, checks them and shows them to clients. What we don't do is build automations inside those tools – if that is what you need, an automation agency is the better fit.
